It all started in 2005.
He had a dream that was shaped over the years and today the dream is named Trouble Dance Company.
The company has more than 100 dancers, from beginners to professionals, and the results at the national and international contests show that they are one of the best.
Trouble Dance Company is the first company in Romania, a dance and entertainment family with wonderful people fighting every day for a dream they share with Paul.
The company has the purpose of developing the Romanian dance community through various projects, events, and concepts.
Trouble is known not only for the performances at the national and international championships, but also for their presence on TV – more than 30 TV Shows from Romania – and for their collaborations with famous Romanian artists.
Trouble Dance Company has an innovative team: dancers, instructors, and choreographers, graphic and web designers, fitness coaches personal trainers, journalists, photographers and event organizers.

How long have you been an organisation/dancer?
I am a dancer for almost 18 years and I founded Trouble 10 years ago.
How many dancers do you work with?
Through the years I worked with thousand of dancers, but now I work with Trouble Crew (15 dancers).
How many dance crews/companies do you run?
I am the founder and manager of Trouble Dance Company and the choreographer of Trouble Crew.
The company has also 8 other crews: Mini Trouble, Mini TRBL, TRBL, Back To Street, Remember, Born for Trouble, Max Trouble and M.A.D. All the crews are lead by the members of Trouble Crew.
Are styles other than streetdance do you teach?
I don’t teach other styles than street styles, but I am working a lot, commercially, with different styles.
What inspires you, either personally or as a company?
I am personally inspired by the people around me, other countries cultures and their way of living and I realise that you can create your own world. For the company, I like to combine the education and sports system to get easier and faster to the performance, in a shorter time.
Who would you say are your heroes in or out of dance?
My biggest hero is my father for his ambition and all he had done is his life.
What special morning routines do you personally follow (breakfast, workout, meditation, whatever)
Every morning I make my coffee. I sit on the sofa and I meditate on yesterday to know what I can do better today. I like to study also. than I go at my dance studio or I have meetings for different projects.
What book(s) do you most frequently gift to other people?

What would you say is the most important thing you do that makes you successful?
The most important thing for me is to perseverate. There is no recipe that makes me successful, but I remember every morning how I started and I like to share this with all the people around me.
What is your proudest moment?
I am proud when I see my company, the dancers and the parents that support them, happy for what they do and what they share with me. But the proudest moment for me will be when I will become world champion with my crew, at Hip Hop International.
What is something that people don’t know about you that would surprise them?
People know about me that I am ambitions, but they will be surprise to find out how ambitious I am. This is why my companies motto is “Don`t stop for nothing!”
Who do you most want to collaborate with and why?
I like to collaborate with professional people. It doesn’t matter where and their level. If you have a professional attitude and you act mature, I am sure it can be a successful collaboration in art.
What is the lowest point you ever fell to as a choreographer/dancer or person and how did you overcome?
The lowest point that I felt as a choreographer was when I doubt of my instinct. But I had to move forward, to share with people around me all I know.
If I had to mention a difficult moment for me, it may be the moments my crew didn’t win first place in some contests years ago, even though we had done everything to win.
It’s the moment when you have to find strength to move forward, to motivate your dancers to work harder for the next one. It’s not easy to see you crew disappointed and to be disappointed as a choreographer, but for sure what doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger.
I had to move forward and I didn’t stop for nothing. I learned that every day is a new beginning and you have to believe and fight for my dreams. Now, Trouble Crew are champions at many contests and two times in a row winners of the 1st Place at RHHDC and the special award.
What do you want to accomplish in the next 10 years.
In the next 10 years, I would like to see Trouble Dance Company at international level, as an example and inspiration for many dancers from all around the world, as are other for us.
