This book will blow you away!

A few weeks ago I bought a book with the unlikely title The 4-Hour Body: An uncommon guide to rapid fat-loss, incredible sex and becoming superhuman: The Secrets and Science of Rapid Body Transformation

by Tim Ferris , author of the equally The 4-Hour Work Week: Escape the 9-5, Live Anywhere and Join the New Rich

All I can say is this, I believe that this book will forever change your relationship with food, exercise, and a few other surprises.

Some areas covered include

Weight Loss (loss weight effortlessly without starving)

Weight Gain (a tiny little secret that can cause you to gain weight more easily)

Muscle Gain (a few simple tricks to make the weight you gain (or lose) change in to muscle

Body Reshaping (the real deal –  not fakeness)

How to swim more easily

How to run farther

How to jump higher

How to increase your sperm count (one very simple and effective solution that will work for many)

and more.
